What is a Referral Program?
A referral program incentivizes existing customers (referral partners) to recommend a product or service to their network. When a new customer signs up through a referral link or code, both the referrer and the new customer (referral) benefit from rewards.

Our "Learn To Earn Referral Partner " program gives mentees, community members, and partners the opportunity to earn income by referring small business owners and solopreneurs to the Helm Setup Custom GPT Service.

This program is open to all members of who have an active signed agreement on file. Whether you're a beginner learning AI or already supporting entrepreneurs, you can earn by simply referring qualified leads to HelmX for The Helm Setup:Custom GPT Build service.
What You’ll Earn
Earn 10% Commission ($149.70) for every successful referral who completes their purchase for the The Helm Setup:Custom GPT Build service.
Eligible Service: The Helm Setup:Custom GPT Build service.

Refer 1 Helm Setup service → You earn $149.70
Refer 5 Helm Setup services → You earn $748.50
Refer 10 Helm Setup services by December 31, 2025 → You could earn up to $1,497 plus a private 1:1 strategy session with Karlet Hewitt, Founder of HelmX.
Program Cap
Each participant may earn referral commission on up to 10 qualified referrals per partner between now and Wednesday, December 31, 2025. Once the cap is reached or the deadline passes, you’ll have the opportunity to re-apply for future partner programs.
Program End Date
The referral partner programs ends on Wednesday, December 31, 2025, at 11:59PM ET.
When You Get Paid
Payouts are issued within 90 days of your referral’s successful payment
Payment methods: Direct Deposit into your account. You’ll be notified by email when your commission payment is processed.
How Referrals Are Tracked
After you're approved, you’ll receive a unique referral code or link. We track referrals through:
Your unique code or link used during booking
Manual submission of client details
Internal CRM tagging by the HelmX team

To qualify for this program, participants must meet the following requirements:
Must have a signed agreement on file.
Trackable referrals: You must use your assigned referral link or submit your client’s name and email through the official referral form.
No self-referrals: Referrals must be brand new clients. You cannot refer yourself.
Qualified purchases only: Commissions are only paid on completed and paid Helm Setup Custom GPT builds.
Deposits, partial payments, or other services do not qualify.
HelmX reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program including but not limited to its eligibility criteria, commission structure, payout schedule, or program duration at any time and without prior notice.
Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any such changes.

The referred individual or organization must be brand new to helmx.io and once they become a paying client, the referral bonus will be paid out within our payment terms. All payments are made via Automated Clearing House (ACH) in the Referral Partner’s currency of choice.

No. Self-referrals or referrals of existing HelmX clients are not eligible.

The referral program runs through Wednesday, December 31, 2025. HelmX may extend the program if it’s successful.
