We Kick Off

October 15 - November 18, 2025

All Sessions are LIVE on ZOOM.

Week 1: Diapers to Data Kickoff – Live 2-Hour Masterclass
We’ll start from scratch: what GPTs are, why small businesses need them, and how to build your very first one live. Plus, we’ll get you set up in Slack so you’ve got support from day one.

Week 2: Nap-Time Navigator – Live Session (90 minutes)
Learn how to spot client needs and match them to powerful GPT solutions. You’ll refine the GPT you built in Week 1 and practice tailoring it for real-world use.

Week 3: Monetization Map – Live Session (90 minutes)

Time to put a price tag on your skills. We’ll walk through service packages, pricing strategies, and how to position yourself with confidence so you can start earning income from home.

Week 4: Pitch & Playdate – Live Session (90 minutes)
This week is all about outreach. You’ll build your first client pitch email, intake form, and proposal template. Think of it as your starter kit for winning that first “yes.”

Week 5: Lullaby Launch + GPT Showcase – Mentorship + Celebration (2 Hour Masterclass)
You’ll present your GPT, share what you’ve built, and get feedback from the group. Then we’ll map your next steps, whether that’s freelancing, starting an agency, or teaching others how to get started with Open AI.
